Terms of Service

Welcome to MeltyBase. By purchasing, downloading, or using the MeltyBase Sovereign OS ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your payment of the applicable fees, MeltyBase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your own internal business purposes or personal projects, depending on the tier purchased (Indie or Sovereign).

2. Ownership & Restrictions

The Software is licensed, not sold. You receive access to the source code for the purpose of self-hosting and customization. However, you may not:

Redistribute the source code or any part of it to third parties.
Sublicense or resell the Software as a standalone BaaS/SaaS product.
Reverse engineer the license verification logic.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate delivery of full source code upon purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive your right to a refund under any circumstances.

4. Sovereign Responsibility

MeltyBase is a self-hosted platform. You are solely responsible for the security, maintenance, and data integrity of your MeltyBase instance. MeltyBase provides the blueprints; you provide the foundation.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL MELTYBASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
